Completion of a Learnsphere course does not automatically confer an official professional certification credential. Official credentials can only be granted by the respective governing bodies upon meeting their prerequisite requirements and passing their proctored examinations.
04 User Accounts & Security
To access specific courses, such as the PMP® Certification Training video lectures and PDF guides, you may be required to register for an account using your email address or mobile number.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
- Confidentiality of Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party.
- Single-User License: Each user account is strictly for individual, personal use. Sharing login credentials, streaming lecture feeds to group audiences without a corporate agreement, or reselling account access is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
- Notification of Breach: You agree to notify Learnsphere immediately at admin@thelearnsphere.in upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
05 Intellectual Property Rights & Limited License
Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, website layout, code, software, graphic designs, logos, text, curriculum frameworks, video lectures, and PDF study guides (collectively, the "Content") are the proprietary property of Learnsphere and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.
Limited Learner License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Learnsphere grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and stream the course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
⛔ Strict Intellectual Property Prohibitions:
Under no circumstances may you:
• Screen record, rip, capture, download, or rip video streams provided through our cloud players.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, sell, broadcast, or publicly display any Learnsphere videos, slides, or PDF guides.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website or underlying API endpoints.
• Use any automated tools (scrapers, spiders, bots) to extract content or curriculum data from our platform.
06 Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy
You agree that you will not use Learnsphere for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through course enquiry or contact forms.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures, rate limiters, or token-based authentication protocols on the website.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or destructive code.
- Engage in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or generate unreasonable server traffic loads.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our instructors, staff, support agents, or other learners.

07 Enquiries, Pricing & Access Activation
Course pricing, curriculum modules, and duration displayed on our course catalog are subject to confirmation upon enquiry.
- Enquiry Submissions: When you submit a course enquiry, our academic advisors will contact you to discuss course prerequisites, training batch timings, and enrolment details.
- Course Access Activation: Course access (including protected video streaming and downloadable PDF access) is granted upon confirmation of enrolment and payment verification by our administrative team.
- Taxes: All course fees are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India, as required by law.
08 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want our students to be satisfied with their learning journey. Please note our refund and cancellation policies:
- Self-Paced / Digital Content: Because digital video lectures and PDF study materials are accessible immediately upon account activation, refund requests for self-paced courses must be submitted within 48 hours of enrolment and are eligible only if less than 15% of the course modules have been accessed or viewed.
- Live Instructor-Led Sessions: Cancellations requested at least 3 business days before the first batch start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative processing fees. Once live batches commence, partial credits toward a subsequent batch may be granted at Learnsphere's discretion.
- How to Request a Refund: Send an official written request detailing your registered email, contact number, and enrolment receipt to admin@thelearnsphere.in.

11 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEARNSPHERE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR COURSE MATERIALS, EVEN IF LEARNSPHERE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13 Account Suspension & Termination
Learnsphere reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, access to course lectures, or access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to access the course video streaming and PDF materials will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
